Jodie Adkin - Co-Founder
Jodie is a health and care innovator with a high-profile career spanning frontline NHS delivery, commissioning, and digital transformation. She is known for strategic clarity, collaborative problem-solving, and system-wide impact.
Her leadership has been recognised nationally: Jodie was the winner of the Health and Care Integration Award from Municipal Journal, with multiple contributions to the academic and clinical community.
Jodie has led initiatives that improve patient outcomes, streamline operations, and embed service innovation into clinical workflows.
Jodie’s expertise is underpinned by academic study of AI in Health Care at Harvard Medical School and years of practical engagement with clinicians, commissioners, and policymakers.

Elliott Ward - Co-Founder
Elliott has a degree in History from the University of Cambridge and Masters in Health Economics, Policy and Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
He is passionate about advancing innovation and utilising the safe deployment of clinical and non-clinical AI in healthcare to benefit staff and patients.
As a senior NHS leader, he brings experience across strategy, transformation, policy, and regulation. He has published on service development and improvement and the services he has curated have been award winning.
At King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Elliott led major service redesigns. At NHS England he oversaw assurance and implementation of choice and competition policy. While at CQC and NHS Providers he delivered public affairs services, including legislative analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Lydia Rangoonanan, Commercial Growth and SME Advisor
Currently leading The Health Foundation’s work on responsible use of AI in nonclinical functions of the NHS, has secured over one hundred million pounds of investment for transformation programmes and helped SMEs with strategy & transformation, unlocking system-level commercial, customer and public benefits as well as personally managed major A.I. transformation programmes.
Connel Gauld, AI and Technical Advisor
Building upon his work at the University of Cambridge, Connell co-founded Zappar and leads the Platform team, overseeing many of the technical aspects of the business including app development, server infrastructure, statistics and analytics collection and analysis, and in-house and consumer tooling. Recently Connel has built the AI element of the business.
Dr Upaasna Garbharran, Clinical Advisor and Clinical Safety Officer
20 years of clinical experience in general internal medicine and geriatric medicine with special interest in Movement Disorders and other neurodegenerative diseases. Dr Garbharran has 10 years experience as Medical Director within an acute Trust and is currently Deputy Medical Director for South-East London ICB. Recipient of British Citizen award for exceptional contribution to healthcare February 2022.
Deborah Gulliver, Business Intelligence Analyst
A forensic anthropologist who transitioned into analytics and research, Deborah has a gift for finding the simple in the complex. Using a forensic eye for detail to turn data into clear, concise visuals and stories that help people communicate and make good decisions. Deborah has worked across NHS Partners and the Kings Fund as a Senior Analyst bringing a wealth of experience in analytics and insight.
